Things to do in Quy Nhon

Quy Nhon is a bay-side city on the south-central coast, and it is not Nha Trang: that resort sits further south and is served by Cam Ranh airport, while Quy Nhon has its own small Phu Cat airport and a station on the coastal line of the Reunification Express.

It rewards a base of a few days rather than a quick stop between Hoi An and Nha Trang, because the appeal is local life, seafood on the seafront and quiet beaches rather than a checklist of sights. Expect meals from roughly 3 to 10 EUR.

The dry season runs about February to August, while rain and typhoons are most likely in October and November, so check the forecast before booking. Prices are quoted in 2026 euros and will drift with the dong.
